Remote ID Broadcast Modules

Remote ID Broadcast Modules are add-ons for drones lacking built-in Remote ID capabilities. These devices ensure drones meet Remote ID requirements by broadcasting identification and location data, acting like a digital license plate.

The broadcasted information includes the drone's ID, position, altitude, speed, and takeoff location, as well as the operator's location. With these modules, operators can use older or custom-built drones in regulated airspace, adhering to safety, security, and management regulations.

The FAA-compliant remote ID broadcast module from Holy Stone (affiliate) is highly rated and can be used with DJI, GoPro, and all other drones. It’s our top choice if you need to add remote ID to your unmanned aircraft.
