  • Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Drone Registration Certificate: Commercial (Part 107) use, valid for 3 years, PDF format.
  • Drone Labeling Instructions and Safety Guidance: Tips for drone labeling and basic drone safety guidance.
  • Optional 3x Drone Labels: You are required to label the exterior of your drone with your certificate number. Waterproof, 1.875" x 0.875" (each label), available in several colors. (+$8.99)
  • Optional Drone ID Card: You must present your registration to law enforcement and FAA representatives upon request. Credit card size, 30-mil thickness, dual-sided and printed in full color. (+$12.99)

Commercial usage under Part 107 includes, but is not limited to:

  • Selling photos or videos taken from a drone
  • Contract services, such as industrial equipment or factory inspection
  • Professional services, such as security or telecommunications
  • Performing inspections or other drone activities on behalf of your employer

In order to register, you'll need:

  • Email address
  • Credit card or debit card
  • Physical address (not a post office box)
  • Make, model, and serial number (if applicable) of your drone
